Returns


We really hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will have 30 days from the time you receive your goods to contact us about a return. 


Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

To start a return, please contact us. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours with the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (please include a photograph of the damaged packaging) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work diligently to make it right.

Refunds


You will get an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return within 5-10 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
